1. PCB board width:- this section’s maximum width is- model- 200DS-LF= 50-200mm, model- 300DS-LF= 60-300mm, and 350DS-LF= 50-350mm. which means we can adjust the board width according to the PCB board. No matter how long is PCB board.Â
2. PCB transport Height:- this section contain when pcb on the conveyor and that conveyor height is around:- 750mm in all three models of wave soldering machine.Â
3. PCB Transport Speed:- when the conveyor carries and transports the PCB that speed goes up to 0-1800mm per minute. this feature is the same in all 3 models.
4. PCB Transport angel:- this is a very important section this angel rotation section helps to apply solder PCB components smoothly and joint properly. and is angel rotate around:- 3-7°. and the section is the same in all 3 of the models.Â
5. PCB transports Direction:- it means the conveyor carrying the PCB will move Left-right and right-Left and this function is totally operational in all three models.Â
6. PCB component height restriction:- maximum height restriction is 100mm. it will not go more than 100mm. and this height restriction is the same in all 3 wave soldering equipment models.Â
7. wave height range:- this section comes with a 0-15mm adjustable wave height range in all 3 models. and also wave Quantity is 2.
8. Pre-heat zone:- At 200-DS-LF= 600mm, 300-DS-LF= 1500mm and 350-DS-LF= 1800mm defined preheat zone length.Â
9. Pre-heat zone quantity:- this section help to melt the solder bar. this is a 3-zone heating plate. all heating plate is the variable temperature and we can set the temperature minimum of 250°.Â
10. Preheat zone power:- preheat zone requires a power supply of 11kw to melt the solder bar in pre-heating plats. the required power supply is the same in all wave soldering models.
11. Heating mode:- Hot air help to heat the Printed circuit board before the wave soldering process the setup help to join the wave solder to the PCB. and all the models are the same features.Â
12. Number of cooling zones:- after the wave soldering process pcb board needs to reduce the heat temperature for that job done we need cooling zones and all cooling zones come with fan-forced cooling. but 200DS-LF has no cooling zone, 300DS-LF has 3 cooling zone and 350DS-LF has 4 cooling zone.
13. Applicable electrode type:- In this section, this wave soldering machine can use 2 types of solder bars. 1st lead-free solder bar this solder bars come with 100% of Tin. and 2nd Leaded solder bar this solder bars come with 63% of Tin and 37% of Lead. That means no matter which type of solder bar you can use our wave soldering equipment will give you the same results with both types of bars. and this function will come with all 3 models.
14. Tin Stove Power:- 9kw power computation will be required to melt the bar in Tin Stove. and the power computation will same in all wave soldering models.
15. The amount of Tin melting furnace:- approx capacity of Pott is 120-200KG in Model=200DS-LF,
200-260KG capacity in model= 300DS-LF and 3rd one is approx 300-450KG capacity in 350DS-LF.
16. Temperature of Tinfunance:- This Function helps to melt the solder bars in ambient temperatures up to 300°C with control by the Touch Display system.
17. Temperature control model:- all 3 machines in this whole system control by PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) and SSR (Solid State Relay)Â
18. Temperature control panel:- This machine has an advanced touchscreen system and hardware installed by the world’s Renault brand Simens.In all 3 wave machines.
19. Flux Capacity:- Flex is a form of liquid before wave soldering flux will apply on PCb to help the strong soldering joint. and maximum Flux capacity is 5.2 kg. in all 3 soldering machines.
20. solder fluxes:- This function contains if solder flux spray 1min on PCB then flux will apply 10-100mm on PCB board. according to conveyor speed.Â
21. Spray mode:- We install the latest and most advanced German technology Fest rodless cylinder with meijie spray.
22. Power Supply:- required power supply must be 3phase 380v.Â
23. Starting power:- This section totally depends on model at WS-200DS-LF required power is 12KW, 2nd WS-300DS-LF required power is 16KW, and 3rd one WS-350DS-LF power required is 21KW.
24. Normal operating power:- when the wave soldering machine is running the running power supply required approx 4KW. 300DS-LF= Apporx 6KW, and 350DS-LF= apporx 9KW.Â
25. Air pressure Pipe:- Air pressure pipe is 4-7KG/CM2 is the same in all models of SMT wave soldering machine.
