You can avail our AMC (Annual Maintainance Contract) services by our experts who are very well trained to serve all type of support requirements of our valuable customers. We keep stock of critical SMT spares to support customers during unforeseen breakdowns. Our AMC support window is spread over 365 day a year and 24 hours a day.

We provide ODB (On-Daily Basis) services, wherein the customer can register their SMT equipment with XJS for annual basis by paying nominal charges. Under this contract, registered customer enjoys priority service calls to address breakdowns which reduces the machine downtime and prevents further production loss. 

OCB (On-Call Basis) support services are for those customers, who are not covered under either AMC or On-Daily Basis contract. Under OCB service, we will provide telephonic support throughout the year i.e. 365 days a year, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

XJS also offer Calibration services for SMT equipment and SMT Feeders at very low cost. Our service team is equipped with latest and advance calibration tools. We also provide the certificate for Calibration.

XJS provides training for SMT machines at customer site. The operational, maintenance and basic troubleshooting training is provided on very nominal cost at clients site. Customers can avail training services product separately anytime (on chargeable basis) as in when required by contacting our services team.
